Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of any customer portal, mobile application, or loyalty service provided under the Nexus platform (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are owned and operated by Nexus Digital Marketing (“Nexus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and may be offered in partnership with participating vendors, merchants, or businesses (“vendors”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Nexus

Nexus provides a loyalty and rewards platform that enables customers to:

  • Earn and redeem loyalty points,

  • Access rewards and promotions,

  • Participate in campaigns, and

  • Receive marketing communications (including email).

While individual vendors may use Nexus to run their loyalty programs, the platform itself is provided and managed by Nexus Digital Marketing.

2. User Accounts
  • To participate in a loyalty program, you may need to create an account within the app or portal.

  • We may collect information such as your phone number (required) and email address (optional).

  • There is no minimum age requirement; however, users under 18 should obtain permission from a parent or guardian.

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

  • You may request to delete your account at any time. Once deleted, you will not be able to recreate an account with the same vendor unless the vendor authorizes it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Services.

  • Exploit loyalty points, rewards, or promotions in unintended ways.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Wallets
  • Nexus does not process payments directly. Purchases and refunds are handled by vendors through their Point of Sale (POS) systems.

  • If a vendor issues a refund, Nexus will adjust loyalty points accordingly (deducting points linked to the refunded bill amount).

  • The Services may allow integration with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to store and access loyalty rewards.

5. Content

The Services do not permit users to upload or share personal content (such as images, videos, or text).

6. Data & Privacy
  • We only collect the data needed to operate the loyalty program (phone number and optional email).

  • We do not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes.

  • Vendors may access customer loyalty information relevant to their programs.

  • A separate Privacy Policy will outline in detail how information is handled.

7. Service Availability & Liability
  • Nexus provides the Services in partnership with vendors but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

  • Rewards, promotions, and campaigns are defined by vendors and may vary.

  • Nexus is not responsible for any disputes between you and a vendor regarding products, services, or refunds.

8. Termination

Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of these regions.
